perlis was quite a hot medium place..the maxi degree in this place is 47..
but when its cold,,it really2 cold and dont imagine it
Perlis is one of the rare state of Malaysia.
sometimes can be hot, sometimes can cold like oversea but not so oversea la.
the oversea name people always give to this place is PERLIS=PERTH.
